Welcome to a private, modern retreat nestled in the woods along Lake Anna’s public side. This spacious, contemporary home with 10-28 ft ceilings and walls of windows brings the beauty of the outdoors in, while warm and cozy furnishings invite you to relax in style.
The Space
Every bedroom offers a lake view and private bath. Enjoy a wealth of amenities, including a hot tub, rooftop deck, screened porch, gas fire pit, and grill. The loft is stocked for any rainy day with a pool table, shuffleboard, a library of hundreds of books, 900+ DVDs, and games. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the 4,800 sq. ft. home.
The expansive dock offers panoramic views, a second-level lounge area, a water-jumping platform over 15 ft. deep, and two ski docks. Positioned away from main boating routes, the dock provides safe swimming and ultimate privacy, with no other docks in sight. Centrally located across from the state park, it has ample boat parking and two floating jet ski docks. You’ll also find a private boat ramp on the property, along with four kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards for endless water fun.

The private yard includes a distant neighbor and a large fire pit overlooking the lake, with free firewood provided for the 2024/2025 winter/spring seasons.
Our cleaning fee covers linens, cleaning, and trash service. Plenty of parking is available, as well as a free EV charger (Nema 14-50).

Important Notes:
- We are unable to accommodate weddings of any size.
- During summer, check-ins/outs are on Fridays. Occasionally, we offer split-week options (Fri-Mon, Mon-Fri). Please inquire.
- We have a minimum age requirement for the responsible renter. Let us know your group’s purpose and age range. Groups of college or high school students are not permitted.
Guest Access
Enjoy full access to the main house (except the unfinished basement), the entire dock, and access to the boat ramp.
Other Considerations
Due to the home’s layout, 10 ft ceilings, and multi-level design, there are many stairs. The kitchen and family room are located on the upper level.
For friend gatherings, we request that as many guests as possible are listed on the reservation. This ensures that everyone follows house rules, respects the property, and receives an accurate and professional review.
