Everything You Need for Lake Days (and Rainy Ones)
From the water to the game loft, Point of View is stocked so you can spend less time packing and more time on the lake. Here’s what’s waiting for you.
The Dock
A huge private dock with more than 180° of lake views, a second-level deck for lounging and sunbathing, and a jumping platform over 15 ft of water. It’s tucked into the shoreline away from boat traffic, so swimming is safe and private.
Deep-Water Swimming
When lake levels drop, many Lake Anna docks end up in the mud. Ours doesn’t. The deep end of the dock is 26 ft at full lake, so there’s comfortable swimming regardless of how low the lake level drops.
Kayaks & Paddle Boards
Five kayaks and two stand-up paddle boards are on the dock ready to go. Paddle the shore line or across the lake to Lake Anna State Park.
Boat Ramp & Jet Ski Docking
Bring your boat and skis. There’s a private boat ramp on the property, plenty of boat parking at the dock, and two floating jet ski docks for easy docking.
Hot Tub
Soak in the hot tub and relax after a day of water skiing, tubing, hiking or all the activities. How about that cold winter day when you just can’t get the chill out. The hot tub is just the right fix!
The Fire Pit
Take the walkway to the giant fire pit overlooking the lake, and plenty of firewood is included with every stay.
The Game Room Loft
Rainy day? The loft has a pool table, shuffleboard, hundreds of books, 900+ DVDs, and a shelf full of board games. WiFi covers the whole house, the yard, and the dock.
Where Everyone Sleeps
Every bedroom has a lake view and its own bathroom.
1: Upper King Bedroom – King bed and twin pull out ottoman
2: Lower King Bedroom – King bed and twin pull out arm chair
3: Kids’ room – Two triple-tier bunk beds, one full & 5 twin bunks

The Little Things
Free EV charger (NEMA 14-50, doubles as RV hookup), RV slip, and plenty of parking. Pets are welcome (with a fee). The cleaning fee covers linens, cleaning, and trash service, so you won’t be taking trash home on checkout day.
Rooftop Deck
The roof deck offers a screened porch, gas fire pit, couch, table for 8 and a table for 6.
